REQUIREMENTS: Full sun and well drained soil. Drought tolerant.

HEIGHT: 8 - 12"

DESCRIPTION: This is a spreading plant with dark green, very aromatic foliage. Peppermint is very invasive. It is best grown in a container or some place where it can be controlled.

CULINARY: The entire plant can be used. Fresh mint leaves chopped or whole improves fruit and most green salads. Used most commonly in teas.
